Long Man - Bulgaria
Global Wind Power is expanding in Bulgaria
As a rapidly growing company we are constantly on the lookout for new market opportunities. Global Wind Power believes in good wind and investments in Eastern Europe and consequently we have now entered the Bulgarian wind power market. Bulgaria is an exciting and potent wind power market and it is our intention to become a major player right from the beginning.
We are presently erecting our first project consisting of 5 Vestas V90 wind turbines outside Kavarna, just 56 kilometres from the city of Varna. With this project Global Wind Power is setting up the largest wind turbines ever in Bulgaria this year. We started building the Long Man Wind Farm in July 2007 and it has been an incredibly interesting project all the way. As a new feature you can follow the project on this website.
